I’m a Registered Massage Therapist who believes in creating a space where clients can relax, reset, and reconnect with their bodies.

After three years of study, I graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2014 and have spent the past 11 years treating a diverse range of clients. My experience includes working with athletic injuries, chronic pain and tension patterns, trigger points, relaxation-focused treatments, and palliative care. I value evidence-informed practice and take pride in tailoring each treatment to the individual needs, goals, and comfort of every client who comes into my treatment room.
